M.A.T Welding and Fabrication
New website design with rebranding, service portfolio and gallery showcase for M.A.T Welding and Fabrication – Metalwork & Fabrication Services

WebUpp designed and hosts a professional website for M.A.T. Welding, a fabrication and metalwork business in the UK. This build focused on showcasing their custom work, improving local SEO visibility, and enabling easy content updates for new projects.
The Brief:
M.A.T Welding and Fabrication provides a range of welding and fabrication services specialising in metal gates and railings in the Derby and North Leicestershire area.
When M.A.T Welding and Fabrication approached WebUpp, they were paying what they considered were exorbitant fees for click-through traffic from a generic website, designed only to capture search engine traffic according to specific keywords.
This generic website was not only expensive but did not represent their business in any way. It consisted of generic text and images which could have been any similar business. Neither did it provide any supporting services such as the professional email addresses provided by WebUpp.
M.A.T Welding and Fabrication wanted a website that properly represented their business, included their core values, and used their own logo and images of their work.
The Solution:
WebUpp created a professional looking website based upon the colour pallet of the logo which M.A.T Welding and Fabrication had designed.
We registered a brand new domain name for the business and provided email addresses using this domain names as well.
We incorporated Google Reviews in prominent positions so that customers could have confidence in the companies output and added bold call-to-action panels to encourage customers to contact M.A.T Welding and Fabrication either by phone or by the website contact forms.
We built a Services portfolio which repeats throughout the site and a gallery to showcase the companies products and services.
Finally, we began to build a network of Search Engine Optimised (SEO) landing pages to begin to win back business from the former generic website.
