Yes. We handle hosting, security updates, plugin maintenance, backups and your domain. Once your site is live, you do not need to lift a finger.

You can, but you do not have to. Email us the change and we make it, usually within one or two working days.

Yes. Every site is built to be found: fast on every screen, with the right titles, descriptions and schema, and Search Console and your Google Business Profile set up from day one. That is included.

Our programme for being found in more places or for more services. Over 18 months we find out what people near you search for, build ten to twelve pages about your real work, keep your Google Business Profile current and send you a short report every month. No one can promise a ranking, and we do not. What we promise is the work, every month, and the report that shows it.

Yes, alongside your website. Logo and brand basics is £450 one-off or £25 a month over your term, and the logo is yours outright once it is paid for.

No. Design and setup cost nothing. You pay one fixed monthly price from your Service Start Date. That is the first day any part of your package is switched on, such as your hosting or your mailboxes, not the day your new website goes live.

Yes, 18 months from your Service Start Date. After that your plan carries on month to month, and either of us can end it with one month’s written notice. Adding a shop, bookings or a members area starts the term again. SearchCare has its own 18 month term from the day it starts, and does not restart your plan’s term. A holding page has the same 18 month term, and moving from it to WebCare starts the term again. MailCare has no minimum term.

A top-level page a visitor goes to, such as Home, About or Contact. Blog posts, portfolio items, products and listings are content, not pages. Up to 12 pages are included, then £10 a month for every 5.

2 hours a month. After that, £50 an hour, and bigger changes are quoted before we start.

An online shop is £30 a month on top of WebCare, for up to 50 products, so a shop starts at £99.99 a month. Bookings are £30 a month.

Galleries are included. If your photos need organising into a searchable, filtered collection with details on each one, that is Listings.

Not at all. Many of our customers are not sure where to start. We are happy to talk you through the options.

Yes. We regularly help people move from DIY website builders. We transfer your domain, keep what is valuable and rebuild the rest. Most people keep their old account until the new site is live. See switching to WebUpp.
